Refund policy

All opened products are non-refundable due to the nature of our items.

Eligible returns must be unused and unopened, and will only be accepted within our return window. A 15% restocking fee will apply based on the original price of each item.

Absolutely no cash or card refunds will be issued. All approved returns will be issued as store credit only.

Please note: All packaging seals will be inspected before any return is approved to ensure the product has not been opened or tampered with.

If you receive a damaged item, please email us with detailed photos within 2 days of receiving your order so we can assist you promptly.

All in-store purchases are final sale. No returns or exchanges will be accepted.
