Return Policy

All opened products are non refundable due to the nature of the products.

All items are to be in their unused and unopened state in order to get a refund however there is a 15% restocking fee based on original price.

If you receive a damaged product please send an email including detailed images within 2 days of receiving order.

 

Lost or Stolen Package

All lost or stolen packages are out of Momo's LLC control. Please reach out to your shipping provider in order to file a claim. If you re unable to get your products please email us below.


Incorrect Address 

If you provide the incorrect address at the time of purchase a new shipping label will have to be paid by the customer if the order has a shipping label already been created. 

Shipping Times

All orders will be packaged and shipped out on Fridays so place your order no later than one night before.

Once the shipping label is created you will receive a tracking number.

Based on your shipping options expect to receive your package around that time frame. 

 

Local Delivery

Delivery is available upon request however there is a small fee between $5-$15 depending on the distance. If you do not see an option to deliver to your area please select shipping. 

 

In-Store Shopping

Currently I do not offer in store shopping as I do not have a store front, only e-commerce. At this time instore shopping is not available.
