Return Policy
All opened products are non refundable due to the nature of the products.
All items are to be in their unused and unopened state in order to get a store credit refund however there is a 15% restocking fee based on original price. Absolutely no cash refunds.
If you receive a damaged product please send an email including detailed images within 2 days of receiving order.
If returning an order via mail the return label is to be paid by you. All returns are to be mailed and addressed to:

Lost or Stolen Package
All lost or stolen packages are out of Momo's LLC control. Please reach out to your shipping provider in order to file a claim. If you re unable to get your products please email us at momosllcsupplies@gmail.com to see what is the best solution we can provide.
Incorrect Address
If you provide the incorrect address at the time of purchase a new shipping label will have to be paid by the customer if the order has a shipping label already been created and shipped.
Shipping Times
All orders placed by 12pm PST will be shipped out on the same day Monday-Friday. If you place an order later than 12pm PST or on Saturday/Sunday your order will be shipped on the next business day.
Once the shipping label is created you will receive a tracking number via email.
Based on your shipping options expect to receive your package around that time frame.
Local Delivery
Delivery not available at this time. Subscribe to stay in the loop for future delivery options.
Pick-Up
At this time Pick-Up is available upon request only. To get my availability for the day text me at (909)347-0347. My availability is extremely limited so please ensure you get my availability for pick up before placing you order. If you fail to schedule pick up within 7 days of placing your order you will be receiving a refund through store credit only, absolutely no refunds.
In-Store Shopping
Currently I do not offer in store shopping as I do not have a store front, only e-commerce. At this time instore shopping is not available.
